About CES

Built to solve the complete problem without passing it between contractors

CES brings engineering judgement, site coordination and practical implementation together under one accountable team.

Accountable leadership

Someone who understands the work stays close to the work.

Adriaan Hanekom has an electrical-engineering background and studied at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, qualifying around 2006. More than 17 years of work within the abalone industry gave him direct experience of water-dependent operations where pumps, machinery, electrical supply, controls and energy systems must work together.

That experience helped shape CES as a multidisciplinary engineering business. Adriaan leads the current operation from Gansbaai, keeping engineering judgement, site coordination and practical implementation connected through one accountable team.

Locally rooted

Overberg understanding. Industrial engineering intent.

Based in Gansbaai, CES supports homes, businesses and operations across the Overberg, with larger projects considered beyond the region.

A real local workshop keeps the team close to the equipment, sites and customers it supports.

Team-delivered

Multiple disciplines, organised around one scope.

CES brings together two mechanical engineers, an electrical engineer, a project manager, administrative support and trusted specialist partners. The structure scales around the requirement without losing a clear line of responsibility.

  • Mechanical and machinery insight
  • Electrical and automation capability
  • Project planning and site coordination
  • Specialist support where the scope demands it

Working method

The CES approach

  1. 01Listen to the operating need
  2. 02Assess the complete system
  3. 03Define a practical scope
  4. 04Coordinate the required disciplines
  5. 05Deliver, communicate and support

Start with the real operating need

Tell us what needs to work better.

Share the site, system and urgency. The team will use that context to establish a practical next step.
